Give the usual dipping sauce a break, and jazz up your favorite lechon manok with this unique glaze.
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup pecans
1 To make the glaze, melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
2 Whisk in honey and bring to a simmer.
3 Add pecans and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occassionally.
4 Ladle the glaze over store-bought roast chicken. (It works great with fried chicken, too!)
