This is as easy as it can get! Just grab sirloin steaks, hash browns, and eggs from the supermarket and put them together for a filling breakfast. No more reason to skip the day’s first meal.
Serves 1 Prep Time 10 minutes Cooking Time 5 minutes
150 grams sirloin steaks, thinly cut
pinch of salt and pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg
1 piece store-bought hash brown, fried
grilled zucchini and carrot slices for garnish
1 Season steaks with salt and pepper.
2 In a sauté pan, melt butter over moderate heat. Then cook steak for 1 minute on each side. Transfer to a plate.
3 Using the same pan, fry the egg over easy. Place on top of the steaks and serve with hash brown and grilled vegetables on the side.
