Sizzling Breakfast Steak with Egg



Sizzling Breakfast Steak with Egg

This is as easy as it can get! Just grab sirloin steaks, hash browns, and eggs from the supermarket and put them together for a filling breakfast. No more reason to skip the day’s first meal.

Serves 1 Prep Time 10 minutes Cooking Time 5 minutes

 

150 grams sirloin steaks, thinly cut
pinch of salt and pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg
1 piece store-bought hash brown, fried
grilled zucchini and carrot slices for garnish

 

Season steaks with salt and pepper.

In a sauté pan, melt butter over moderate heat. Then cook steak for 1 minute on each side. Transfer to a plate.

Using the same pan, fry the egg over easy. Place on top of the steaks and serve with hash brown and grilled vegetables on the side.
