Serves 5 to 6 Prep Time 15 minutes Cooking Time 5 minutes
lumpia wrappers, about 10 to 12 pieces
1 large smoked boneless bangus
1 egg
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/8 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 Shred and flake fish meat; discard skin.
2 Transfer to a bowl. Add egg, onion, spring onions, carrots, and bell pepper. Mix well.
3 Place about 1 1/2 tablespoons mixture to each lumpia wrapper; roll and seal. Repeat until done.
4 Deep fry in hot oil until golden. Serve with desired dipping sauce.
