1/2 tablepsoon reduced fat mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
pepper
wheat bread
slices of smoked salmon
crunchy cucumber
1 Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add pepper to taste.
2 Thinly spread dressing on a slice of wheat bread, place thin slices of smoked salmon and cucumber, and top with another slice of wheat bread.
