1 pack mixed greens, torn
1 (15-oz) can whole corn kernels, drained
1 (15-oz can) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/4 cups fresh diced tomatoes
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup broken tortilla chips
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 Place mixed greens in the bottom of a glass serving bowl.
2 Top with layers of corn, beans, tomatoes, cheese, and chips.
3 Mix the salsa and ranch dressing in another bowl.
4 Drizzle salad with dressing or serve on the side.
