These spicy mushrooms are a perfect side dish to chicken.
When you're in the mood to eat some chicken, match it with spicy mushrooms. These two go well together.
2 tablespoons minced onion2 tablespoons minced garlic2 tablespoons chopped celery6 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon butter1 1/2 cups button mushrooms1 teaspoon paprika picante (available at delis and at Café Ysabel)1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper2 tablespoons white winesalt and pepper
1 Sauté onion, garlic, and celery in olive oil and butter.2 Add mushrooms, paprika, and cayenne pepper.3 Add wine and let the wine evaporate. Season with salt and pepper.
