Strawberry and Arugula Salad

Enjoy this seasonal salad when fresh strawberries are abundant.

Serves 4 to 6 Prep Time 6 minutes

2 containers strawberries (some kept whole, others sliced)
1 package arugula salad mix

For the dressing
1/2 cup Italian dressing in a bottle
3 tablespoons strawberry jam
1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1  Arrange arugula salad mix on a deep platter.

2  Distribute whole and sliced strawberries around the salad mix. Keep cool.

3  Mix all ingredients in the dressing in a bowl until well combined. Pour over the salad and strawberries. Serve immediately.
