Make your own healthy spread at home.
Yield 1 1/2 cups Prep Time 20 minutes
100 grams smoked milkfish, flaked, heated, and cooled
1 cup (1 225-gram bar) light cream cheese
1/3 cup fat-free yogurt, plain flavor
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2 Chill and serve with cucumber slices.
3 Keep refrigerated. Keeps for one week in the fridge.
