This spread is made from smoked milkfish with light cream cheese that you can spread on toasted bread or crackers.Yield 1 1/2 cups Prep Time 20 minutes100 grams smoked milkfish, flaked, heated, and cooled1 cup (1 225-gram bar) light cream cheese1/3 cup fat-free yogurt, plain flavor1 tablespoon chopped green onions2 teaspoons lemon juice1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill1 Mix all ingredients in a bowl.2 Chill and serve with cucumber slices.3 Keep refrigerated. Keeps for one week in the fridge.
