A sweet midday snack for everyone to enjoy!
2 1/2 cups dessicated coconut
1 can condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 Preheat oven to 350ËšF. Then blend together dessicated coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
2 Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
3 Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool.
