End any meal on a happy note with this luscious mix of a treat.
1 cup fresh pineapple tidbits
1 cup sliced melon, cubed
1 cup oranges, peeled and sliced
1 can lychees
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 Mix together pineapple, melon , and oranges. Pour lychees on top. Set aside.
2 In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, salt, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil.
3 Remove from heat and add vanilla extract to the syrup. Pour the hot syrup over the fruit and chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
