Best served warm with some sweet nibbles.
Makes 4 cups
Prep Time 30 minutes
2 vanilla bean pods
4 cups full cream milk

1 Split the pods and scrape the vanilla beans off from each side.
2 Pour milk into a pot on low heat, then stir the beans into it. Whisk while heating. Strain the milk when done.
3 With a milk frother or immersion blender, froth the milk until bubbly.
