A classic milk drink with real vanilla.
Best served warm with some sweet nibbles.Makes 4 cups Prep Time 30 minutes2 vanilla bean pods4 cups full cream milk1 Split the pods and scrape the vanilla beans off from each side.2 Pour milk into a pot on low heat, then stir the beans into it. Whisk while heating. Strain the milk when done.3 With a milk frother or immersion blender, froth the milk until bubbly.
