Veggie Mix

This is a little add-on to make sure your kids eat their veggies—even the pickiest eaters will love it!
Makes 1 cup
3/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup grated cucumber
1/8 teaspoon chopped dill
chopped parsley
1 In a bowl, mix well 3/4 cup ranch dressing and 1/4 cup grated cucumber; process in a blender for about 5 seconds.
2 Transfer to a serving bowl, add in 1/8 teaspoon chopped dill, and mix.
3 Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Best served with cherry tomatoes, carrot and cucumber sticks, and other veggies.
