This is a lazy person’s version of sorbet. Just blitz in a blender and freeze a la ice cubes.
Serves 4 Prep Time 2 minutes Freezing Time Overnight
5 cups of watermelon juice
1/4 cup calamansi juice
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespooons chopped mint
1 Blend all ingredients together and pour into an ice cube tray. Freeze.
2 The next day, uncube into glasses and eat away.
