You're going to love the delicious taste of this chicken barbecue dish marinated with mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, cane vinegar and ground black pepper for a rich and flavorful taste. For crispier skin, you can sear the chicken pieces first and then bake or turbo-broil until fully cooked.

Prep Time 15 minutes 
Cooking Time 20 minutes

3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon cane vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 piece chicken, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon salt

1  Combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, cane vinegar, salt, and ground black pepper in a bowl.

Dry chicken well and leave in the marinade mixture for 10 minutes.3  Bake or turbo-broil chicken for 20 minutes.
