3/4 cup mayonnaise2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce1/2 tablespoon cane vinegar1 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper1 piece chicken, cut into pieces1 teaspoon salt
1 Combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, cane vinegar, salt, and ground black pepper in a bowl.2 Dry chicken well and leave in the marinade mixture for 10 minutes.3 Bake or turbo-broil chicken for 20 minutes.
