White Wine Marinade




Best for: Seafoods and chicken

 

1/4 cup chopped garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup white wine
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped thyme
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

 

1 Mix together 1/4 cup chopped garlic, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 cup white wine, 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, 3/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons chopped thyme, 1/2 tablespoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
