A.M. Fruity Crunch

Jumpstart your day with this delicious low-fat parfait. Got a busy morning? Just make it the night before, cover, and refrigerate. Great for snack time too.

Makes 1 serving

 

1/2 cup canned fruit cocktail in light syrup, drained
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup cornflakes or your favorite cereal
          (we used Marks and Spencer Deliciously Nutty Cereal)

 

Place fruit cocktail in glass and top with layers of cottage cheese and cereal.
