Apple and walnut make the perfect pair, especially in this oh-so-easy pie.
1/2 cup crushed cookies (we suggest Chips Delight Coffee and Caramel Cookies)2 tablespoons melted butter1/2 cup vanilla-flavored dessert pudding1/3 cup all-purpose creamwalnuts, coarsely choppedcanned apple pie topping
1 To make pie crust, mix the cookies with butter. Press onto the bottom of a 6-cup muffin pan. Chill for 15 minutes.2 To make the filling, mix the dessert pudding with cream.3 Sprinkle with walnuts on the crust, then pour the pudding mixture over it. Chill. 4 Before serving, top with pie topping.
