4 eggs, fried to your liking (sunny side up)
5 saging na saba
oil for frying (around 3/4 cups)
cooked rice
For the ground beef mixture
400 grams ground beef
2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste

4 Slice the bananas lengthwise and fry in oil until golden. Set aside.
5 To assemble: Place rice in a ring mold and drop onto plate. Top with ground beef mixture, then fried egg. Place fried bananas on the side.
