A great side dish with your favorite roasted meat or chicken.Prep and Cooking Time 40 minutes6 pieces medium potatoesFor the Dipssour creamcheese spreadGarlic Butter: Cream 1 / 2 cup softened butter and add 2 teaspoons of garlic powder and 2 tablespoons of fried garlic.For the toppingsbacon bits: Chop 500 grams of bacon and fry in oil until crispy.chives, choppedgrated quick-melt cheesegarlic bits 1 Boil potatoes in a pot of salted water for 15 minutes. Drain out water and pat dry.2 Brush the skin of each potato with vegetable oil and arrange in a foil-lined aluminum pan.3 Make a deep X cut on top of each potato and put in a 400°F oven for 20 minutes.
