1 tablespoon butter
1 Start by slicing 1 bibingka in half.
2 In a nonstick pan, melt butter and lightly toast the bibingka slices on both sides. Transfer to a serving dish.
3 Spread Nutella on one slice, top with banana slices, then top with the other bibingka slice. Serve immediately.
