Makes 5 small loaves
1/4 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon cinammon powder
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
1 (212-gram) pack buttermilk biscuit mix
1 Just add oil, vanilla, eggs, sugar, honey, cinnamon, walnuts, and bananas to the buttermilk biscuit mix and mix well.
2 Pour mixture into a lightly greased loaf pan and bake at 350ºF for 15 to 20 minutes or until done. Cool, slice, and serve.
