Prep Time 15 minutes
Cooking Time 10 minutes
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
400 grams beef pastrami,
cut into strips
(about 1 1/2 cups)
250 grams red seedless grapes,
sliced into halves (about 1 1/2 cups)
400 grams bow-tie pasta,
cooked according to package directions
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1 In a bowl, toss the olive oil, red wine vinegar, pastrami, grapes, and pasta.
2 Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve warm or at room temperature.
