Add a tropical taste to pudding!
2 cups coconut milk1 1/2 cups of water4 tablespoons sugar4 tablespoons cornstarch
1 In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, water, sugar, and cornstarch.2 Stir over low heat until thick, about 10 minutes.3 Remove from heat and place in small ramekins. Refrigerate and serve with mangoes on the side.
