Buko Pudding with Mangoes

Buko Pudding with Mangoes

Add a tropical taste to pudding!

 

2 cups coconut milk
1 1/2 cups of water
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons cornstarch

 

1  In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, water, sugar, and cornstarch.

Stir over low heat until thick, about 10 minutes.

3  Remove from heat and place in small ramekins. Refrigerate and serve with mangoes on the side.
