Serves 6 Prep Time 5 minutes Cooking Time 15 minutes
300 grams pasta
1/3 cup butter
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
chopped parsley, optional
salt and pepper
1 Cook pasta according to package directions.
2 Melt butter in pan. Add breadcrumbs; season with salt and pepper.
3 Let the butter brown until breadcrumbs become slightly toasted.
4 Toss in pasta.
5 Add chopped parsley as garnish, if desired.
Yummy tip To make the dish even yummier, use flavored breadcrumbs. Where to get it? Buy a loaf of herbed or vegetable-flavored bread (like spinach bread or carrot loaf) and tear into crumbs to use for this recipe.
