Make sure to include a few healthy options in your holiday buffet spread. This light but flavorful main course can be made using ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry!
Serves 2 to 3
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cooking Time 20 minutes
1/2 kilo lapu-lapu
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
chili flakes (optional)
1/3 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 Preheat oven to 425°F
2 Season fish with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place fish on a baking dish.
3 In a small bowl, combine lime juice, mayonnaise, onion powder, and pepper. Spread over fish.
4 Sprinkle breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and chili flakes (if using) on top. Drizzle with butter and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until fish is fully cooked. Garnish with parsley just before serving.
