Partner these bites with your AM cuppa or fresh OJ.
Makes 20 to 22 mini muffins
2 cups biscuit baking mix
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup milk
1 Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2 In a large bowl, place baking mix, cheese, and basil; mix well.
3 Add sour cream and milk; stir until just combined. Lightly grease a mini muffin pan and pour dough into cups.
4 Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
5 Brush tops with butter. Enjoy warm!
