Relive your childhood memories by mixing together two of your early favorites: pancakes and chocolate!
For the pancake batter
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons sugar
For the chocolate mixture
3/4 cup milk chocolate
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 In a big bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add egg, milk, oil, and sugar; whip into a creamy batter. Mix well and set aside.
2 To make chocolate mixture, microwave milk chocolate, milk, and butter on high for 30 seconds or until melted.
3 Whisk melted chocolate mixture with 1/2 cup pancake batter.
4 Grease bottom of the pan lightly. Pour pancake batter and swirl with chocolate. As the top begins to bubble, flip to cook the other side. Top with butter and your favorite syrup.
