Spruce up teatime with friends by adding a fruity twist to your usual mug of hot black tea.2 teabags2 cups of boiling water1/2 cup sugar1 cup apple juicecinnamon stick1 Put the teabags in boiling water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.2 Remove teabags from the cups and stir in sugar until completely dissolved. Then add apple juice and reheat.3 Pour into mugs and serve with a cinnamon stick.
