Want a better way to snack? This rich yet light dip is so sumptuously good! Serve it with your favorite vegetable dippers like bell peppers, celery, and cucumber slices. You can also top this on your favorite crackers.

Serves 4 to 6 
Prep Time
10 minutes

1 cup frozen chopped spinach, 
      thawed and drained
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

In a blender, combine spinach and sour cream; process until smooth.

Transfer mixture to a medium bowl, and add cottage cheese, onion powder, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Transfer mixture to a serving bowl.  Place bowl on a platter with your preferred vegetable sticks.

4 Serve immediately.
