After a romantic and decadent dinner, treat yourself and your sweetie to this refreshing, ready-in-no-time dessert with just the right tang!
Serves 4
1 1/2 cups instant vanilla pudding
juice and zest from 1 lemon
1 cup whipped cream
cookie crumbs for topping (optional)
1 Prepare vanilla pudding. Add lemon juice and zest; whisk well. Fold in whipped cream. Pipe into small cups or ramekins. Place in the chiller until ready to serve.
2 For added texture, fold in cookie crumbs, if desired.
