Crazy for fro-yo? Have a batch in your freezer that's ready and waiting anytime a craving calls. All you need to do is mix and churn.

Serves
Prep Time 5 minutes
Churning Time 20 to 25 minutes

3 cups (about 750 grams)
      plain whole-milk yogurt
3/4 cup sugar
      (adjust according to desired sweetness)
1 teaspoon vanilla

For the toppings
ripe mango cubes
kiwi slices
coarsely chopped nuts
(we suggest candied walnuts, pistachios, cashew nuts)

In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until sugar has dissolved. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

Freeze mixture in the ice cream maker following the manufacturer’s instructions.

3  When ready, scoop into bowls and top with mango cubes, kiwi slices, and chopped nuts. To enjoy later on, place freshly churned mixture in a plastic container, cover surface with plastic wrap, and cover with lid. Store in the freezer until ready to serve.

More topping suggestions:  Mango Compote, crushed graham crackers, granola (try Fruit and Nut Stovetop Granola), cereal, honey,  caramel syrup.
