Serves 4 to 5 Prep Time 15 minutes Cooking Time 10 minutes
1/2 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
4 cups blanched haricot vert (French green beans)
2/3 cups diced onions
1 cup corn kernels
1 cup sliced Schublig sausages
1 cup diced carrots
cherry tomatoes for garnish
1 In a saucepan, mix together cream of mushroom, milk, and pepper. Bring to a simmer, whisking until smooth. Set aside.
2 In a separate skillet or frying pan, quickly stir-fry beans, onions, corn, Schublig, and carrots.
3 Add cream of mushroom mixture and mix well. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
