This sumptuous dish can be enjoyed three ways: as an appetizer, with rice, or with pasta. So yummy!
Serves 3 to 4
3 tablespoons garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
20 pieces peeled shrimp
Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
1 Saute garlic in oil until fragrant. Add shrimp. Cook, stirring until pink.
2 Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
