Got ten minutes? This fast, flavorful dish will fill you in a jiffy. For some kick, get generous with the chili!

150 grams green beans
1 whole egg
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper, to taste
bird's eye chili (optional)

Place green beans and egg in boiling water. When beans turn bright green and are tender, remove from water and place in ice cold water to stop cooking. Keep egg in water until it reaches hard-boil stage.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and salt and pepper. Drain beans and toss in the mixture. Add chili, if desired. Transfer to a plate. Peel egg and grate. Sprinkle on top of beans.
