Lemon-Strawberry Gelatin Cups

Lemon-Strawberry Gelatin Cups

Liven up your weeknight desserts with a fresh and fruity treat like this one.

Makes about 6 to 7 servings

 

1 (3-ounce) package lemon gelatin
1/2 cup gelatin mixture
sliced strawberries
2 to 3 mint leaves

 

1  Prepare gelatin according to package directions.

2  Pour about 1/2 cup gelatin mixture in each glass then place sliced strawberries and about 2 to 3 mint leaves each. Rest for about 2 minutes.

Finish with another 1/2 cup gelatin mixture. Chill until firm.
