Imagine combining Italian panna cotta with our Maja Blanca? The result? A rich and creamy sweet treat that's a sure hit!
1 sachet (about 1 tablespoon) gelatin
3 tablespoons fresh milk
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sweet corn powder
(check the baking sections at supermarkets)
corn kernels for topping
1 Sprinkle gelatin in milk; set aside.
2 In a saucepan, place milk and heavy cream; mix. Whisk in sweet corn powder. Heat until it starts to boil. Add the gelatin mixture; mix until melted. Turn off heat.
3 Pour into 4 individual ramekins and chill overnight. To serve, top with corn kernels or serve kernels on the side.
