This four-ingredient recipe is so easy to make!
Serves 6
1 (500-gram) pack spaghetti
1 1/2 cups all-purpose cream
3 cups crabsticks, torn into pieces
1 cup sliced ripe mango
salt and pepper to taste
additional sliced mangoes, crabsticks, Parmesan cheese, and for garnish
1 Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
2 In a pan, heat cream for about 4 minutes. Add crabsticks and mango; saute until warm. Season with salt and pepper.
3 Divide sauce in half. Pour the first half over cooked pasta; toss well. Pour the remaining sauce on top. If desired, garnish with additional sliced mangoes, crabsticks, and Parmesan cheese. For added flavor, sprinkle with tobiko (fish roe) as well.
