Turn your fave morning cereal into an anytime-of-day snack!
Makes 15
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon matcha powder
2 cups cornflakes
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave, about 1 minute.
2 Whisk in matcha powder until well incorporated.
3 Place cornflakes in a bowl, pour melted matcha-white chocolate mixture, and gently toss together until coated.
4 Add sliced almonds; mix well. Drop spoonfuls of cornflake-almond clusters onto wax paper or silicone mat.
5 Refrigerate for about 10 minutes. Drizzle with white chocolate, if desired.
