High in flavor yet low in fat, this Japanese-inspired dish is as simple as it gets - just marinate and bake!
Serves 1 Prep and Cooking Time 20 minutes
For the marinade
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons hot water
3 tablespoons miso paste

2 teaspoons sugar
2 whole dory fillets
nori strips for garnish
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 Make the marinade: In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, hot water, miso paste, and sugar. Marinate fish fillets for 2-4 hours at room temperature.
2 Broil uncovered on high heat (in oven or toaster) for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with nori strips and sesame oil before serving.
