“The broccoli gives it a healthy twist and sweetish taste to make this dish not only delicious but

1 whole garlic, minced
1 small onion, minced
1 tablespoon cooking oil for frying
1/4 kilo beef strips
1/4 cup water
5 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
sugar, salt, pepper to taste
1 Sauté garlic and onion in 1 cooking oil. Stir in beef strips. Add cup water and simmer. Pour in oyster sauce. Continue to cook until tender. Lightly toss in broccoli.
2 Cover the pan but don’t overcook the broccoli. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper.
