2 kilos pork chops
For the brine
16 cups water
1/2 cup rock salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cracked peppercorn
2 laurel leaves
For the marinade
4 cloves garlic
herbs of choice
liquid seasoning
1 Let brine boil and cool. Put chops in the solution and keep overnight or 24 hours in the fridge.
2 Drain pork chops.
3 In a bowl, marinate chops in garlic, herbs, liquid seasoning, and oil for 3 hours.
4 Fry or grill as desired.
