Oh-So-Tender Chops

Oh-So-Tender Chops

The brine will make tenderize your chops like never before - that's a promise! This is the perfect match for your homemade Cajun Rice.

 

2 kilos pork chops

For the brine
16 cups water
1/2 cup rock salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cracked peppercorn
2 laurel leaves

For the marinade
4 cloves garlic
herbs of choice
liquid seasoning

 

1  Let brine boil and cool. Put chops in the solution and keep overnight or 24 hours in the fridge.

2  Drain pork chops.

  In a bowl, marinate chops in garlic, herbs, liquid seasoning, and oil for 3 hours.

Fry or grill as desired.

    This recipe works&tastes good as well.Just added a few spices to its marinade to make it more Mexican for a"Little bit of Mexican" catering service
