100 grams chocolate bar, chopped
2 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons milk
fresh fruits in season, washed, peeled, and sliced
1 Put the chopped chocolate, cream, and milk in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth and all the chocolate is melted. Transfer to a serving bowl.
2 Serve with fresh fruits as dippers.
Chocolatey tip If you want a thicker chocolate fondue, add more cream, and if you want a fondue with some added crunch, use a chocolate bar with nuts or toffee bits. And to make a “for adults only” version, stir in some liqueur like amaretto, Baileys, or Kahlua.
