Pinoy Iced Coffee

Pinoy Iced Coffee

Fix the whole barkada an ice-cold barako on this hot summer afternoon. Serve with Five-nut Cookies or Tablea Brownies

Serves Prep Time 5 minutes

 

1 cup brewed or instant coffee (black)
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3 to 4 tablespoons sugar
3 to 5 ice cubes
1 cup cold water
whipped cream
chocolate shavings for garnish

1  In a blender, put coffee, milk, sugar, ice, and cold water. Cover and puree.

Pour the coffee drink into a tall glass.

Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings. Serve with a straw.
