Whether sweet or savory, these mini sandwiches are tea-party must-serves.
4 slices white or whole wheat bread
slices of prosciutto, kesong puti, cantaloupe or melon
1/2 tablespoon honey
1 Gather bread slices. Take 2 and sandwich slices of prosciutto, kesong puti, and cantaloupe or melon. Drizzle with honey.
2 Repeat procedure with the remaining bread. Cut each sandwich into quarters.
