Add some cute bites to your dessert table with these easy-to-bake cupcakes.
1 500-gram pack MAYA Decadence Fudge Brownie Mix
1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup glucose
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable shortening
3 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar

1 Add some cute bites to your dessert table with these easy-to-bake cupcakes. Prepare MAYA Decadence Fudge Brownie Mix according to package directions. Pour batter into 12-cup muffin pan. Bake; set aside.
2 Make fondant dough: Combine unflavored gelatin with 2 tablespoons water; let stand for 30 minutes. Add glucose; mix well. Stir in vegetable shortening and remove from heat before completely melted. Let cool until lukewarm.
3 Place confectioners’ sugar in a bowl. Make a well and add gelatin mixture. Stir with wooden spoon until semi-dry paste in consistency. Knead until smooth. Divide dough into 3 portions.
4 Tint, roll out, and shape each portion of dough with red color for the nose, brown for the face and antlers, and white for the eyes. Use extra glucose to paste decors on top of molded reindeer face. Brush center of reindeer eyes with black color to create eyeballs. Frost cupcake with chocolate frosting and cover with flaked coconut. Top each with molded reindeer face to finish.
