Road Trip Trail Mix

For little kids and big kids alike! This yummy combination of nuts, popcorn, cereal, pretzels, and chocolate is a sure winner!

Prep Time  5 minutes  Cooking Time 2 minutes

3 cups popped microwave popcorn, plain variety
1 cup pretzels
1 cup mixed nuts
1 cup cornflakes
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder, optional
1 1/4 cups candy-coated chocolate candies

1  In a large bowl, toss together popcorn, pretzels, mixed nuts, and cornflakes.

2  In a small bowl, combine butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne (if using).

3  Drizzle evenly to popcorn mixture; toss to coat.

4  Microwave on high for 1 minute. Let stand for 2 minutes.

5  Toss in chocolate candies.

Road trip tip: Place cooled mixture in individual airtight containers or zip lock bags for easy snacking.
