These lightly-spiked spheres will surely give any meal a special ending.

Serves 2 Prep Time 15 minutes + 50 minutes chilling time Cooking Time 5 minutes
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/8 cup all-purpose cream
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 plus 2 tablespoons chocolate cake crumbs
1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons dark rum
1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles
1 Mix cream and butter in a pan over low heat until butter is melted.
2 Pour mixture over the chocolate chips placed in a medium bowl. Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
3 Stir in cake crumbs. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until firm enough to handle.
4 Roll heaped tablespoons of mixture into balls.
5 Roll each one in chocolate sprinkles until completely covered. Place on a lined plate.
6 Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes, or until firm. Serve in mini paper cups.
