Sisig and Corn Tortilla Wraps

Sisig and Corn Tortilla Wraps

A quick filling breakfast you can make before driving off to work.

Serves 4 Prep Time 8 minutes Cook Time 8 minutes

 

1 can Purefoods Sizzling Sisig
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons celery, sliced
cooking oil
1 can Del Monte whole kernel corn
2 tablespoons onion leeks, sliced
flour tortilla

 

Sauté canned sisig with garlic and celery in some oil. Add the corn and onion leeks. Let mixture cool.

Lay one flour tortilla on a plate and place the sisig mixture on one end. Roll to form a wrap and slice each roll in half for easy eating.
