Warm up in rainy weather with our ready-in-a-snap version of this fiery but irresistible Asian noodle soup.
Serves 3 to 4
1 (100-gram) pack Sapporo Bihon
1 (225-gram) bottle laksa paste
15 squid balls, sliced in half (optional)
bean sprouts for garnish
1 Prepare bihon according to package directions. Divide noodles evenly into 3 to 4 bowls; set aside.
2 Prepare laksa paste according to package directions; allow to boil.
3 Once boiling, place squid balls into the soup. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
4 Divide soup evenly among prepared bowls. Top with bean sprouts.
