Spicy Grilled Sausage

Spicy Grilled Sausage

This versatile barbie recipe is perfect for hot, hot, hot summer days!

 

2 sausages
1/4 cup Mild Peri-Peri Sauce 
       in African Bird’s Eye Chili
      (also known as "piri-piri")
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons lime juice



 

 Make small slits on each sausage. 

2  Mix Peri-Peri Sauce, ketchup, and lime juice. 

3  Baste sausages with sauce and grill until cooked through. Continue basting while grilling. 

 Transfer to a serving platter. Serve as an appetizer or as the main course. (You can also apply this recipe to prawns, beef, chicken, or fish!)
